MARKETING MANAGER ( Pharma Company – KARACHI)
A well reputed Pharmaceutical Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires a Marketing Manager/Gynae Portfolio head. Incumbent should have
• Result orientation with thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, exposure to pharmaceutical brand management and experience of launching new product(s) in the Gynae segments.
• Ability to develop marketing plans/strategies.
• Creativity and innovation
• Strong presentation skills and ability to impart product related trainings.
. Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Sharp interpersonal skills and maturity to act as a team player.
• Ability to analyze and plan in a challenging environment and adoptability to change.
• Devise and monitor performance of the sales teams and provide coaching whenever necessary.
Qualification : B. Sc/B.Pharm/Pharm.D + MBA(Marketing) from a reputable university.
The ideal candidate would be an individual with at least 5 years of experience of dealing with gynae products.
