Requirements:
·         Must be a Business Graduate preferably an MBA-HR
·         Must be able to conduct job profiling and career path developing programs
·         Must have a sound understanding of competency framework development
·         Must having minimum 2 years experience
·         Excellent Report Writing and Effective Communication Skills
