Role: To review project scheduling, progress measurement and project requirement for STFFD. Review of Business plan for executing the project. Review the execution Plan for preparation of Operating Budget. Review of Bid document for compliance of Scheduling. Review and

endorse of progress invoices. Participate in Project Risk assessment and Constructability reviews. Implement the management information and reporting system. Review the Contract close out and performance evaluation reports. Review the short term concerns and constrains and recommends to management the mitigation plans and actions. Handling of invoices and monitoring of PMC contract and other services Contract such as TPI, MWS etc. Review the PMC Monthly and Weekly Progress reports.
