This is a much great answer. Mediators are a silent leader. They assist all members of a group to communicate and finally make the ultimate decision despite not essentially acting as a leader within the team. This is a far more believable answer and one that is unlikely to seem like pandering as you would with the mediocre answer.

Answering Queries That Have too Clear Answer

Interviewers need leaders, so it would make sense to simply answer the query by saying you are a group leader.
