Process Analysis and Documentation Officer,

Our client, a Middle East based bank is looking for     
a Process Analysis and Documentation Officer to     
join their team in (later_ The ideal candidate will     
he responsible for analyzing and documenting the     
processes involved in the respective departments/     
units and developing process improvements.    
Responsibilities:    
• Assist in the preparation of documents required for meeting ISO requirements..    
■ Update policies and procedures manuals and flowcharts based on process improvements and process re-engineering.    
■ Liaise with the Group’s internal and external auditors to obtain information with respect to regulatory lam/ regulations
• Possess a good understanding of process workflows, operating controls, banking best practices and    
regulatory requirements    
• Ensure high standards of confidentiality and data backup exist to prevent loss or uncontrolled amendments to the approved policies and procedures and other documents.    
Requirement    
• University graduate in Business Administration, Business Process Re-engineering or equivalent    
▪ Minimum of 3 years of banking experience in GCC in Branch Banking/ Operations/ Audit/ Internal Controls with a good understanding of the various facets of banking activities.    
• Should possess strong translation skills from Arabic to English and vice-versa.    
• Exceptional Microsoft Office (e.g Word, Excel, Outlook, Visiol skills,    
• Exceptional policies and procedures     
and flowcharting drafting skills.
