1.       Position:           PROCUREMENT   ENGINEER

 

Job Description

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical

–          3 – 5 years experience in a similar position at senior level

–          Experience in Procurement & Supply chain

–          Excellent communication skills (English)

–          Ability to handle huge project procurement (shutdown and Turnaround)

 

·         Pre -qualify the vendors and selection of the capable vendors for the project

·         Negotiate rate with supplier and reduce the cost

·          Surveying of Market and source the material as per project site and office equipments.

·         Follow up for the required materials/service’s Quotations

·         Prepare comparative statements after the negotiations with vendors

·         Review the purchase orders

·         Expedite and follow up for the materials delivery as required against PO

·         Follow up and expediting about payment to finance.

·         Ability to handle Huge project procurement (shutdown and Turnaround)

Terms & Condition:

·         Salary                    :               SR. 3000 – SR 4000 p.m.

·         Status                   :               Single Status

·         Food, Accommodation & Transportation:  Provided by Company

·         Medical Insurance:          As per Company Policy

·         Vacation              :               Annual
