Minimum Requirements:
A minimum qualification required is a bachelors degree in Business Administration. Experience required is 6 8 years in the Procurement department with 2 3 years in a supervisory position preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. Job-Specific Skills: Communication, Negotiation, People Management, Computer skills, Time Management Priority Setting.
Role:
Assist and co-ordinate the activities involving the identification and establishment of local, regional and international supply sources in order to identify the most competent vendors. Assist in the pre-qualification procedure to include Vendors in clients purchasing system. Prepare departmental MIS statements and reports of the client, timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards. Ensure that the information entered into the system to generate Purchase orders is accurate and as per procurement specifications.
