Essential Requirements: — About 2 years (or more) experience.

— Recent experience in mobile banking

— Recent experience in developing processes related to mobile banking

— Role is to develop multiple processes — related to sales, call centers, back-end operations, front-end operations, etc
— Also role includes developing products related to remittances, utility bills payments, etc
Other Requirements:

— Development of Complaint Management process
— Account Opening integration with Telco application along with banking ones
— Development of Account Opening Toolkit for all levels

— Handling of Internal & SBP audits
— Development of Corporate Solutions
