Working along with the marketing and new product development team, you will work cross functionally to project manage a pipeline of, taking it from concept to realisation. You will also have responsibility for developing and delivering a programme of advertising ATL and BTL and promotional activity. You will be working with the Marketing Manager, leading all elements of brand, communication and innovation for this brand. Own the Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision plan to develop the brands value drivers. Develop deep consumer understanding which translates to actionable insights. Experience working on personal care products would be an added advantage.
