Production Manager – Karachi

REQUIRED- PRODUCTION MANAGER(SOLID) MNC-PHARMA-KARACHI
 A Well reputed Multinational Pharmaceutical company based at Karachi is looking for a PRODUCTION MANAGER (ORAL SOLID DOSAGE). The incumbent should be responsible for the following.
 Responsibilities:
 ·         Responsible for planning, scheduling and control of all OSD production activities.
·         Preparation of daily/monthly production reports.
·         Implementation of GMP & safety rules in the OSD products. 
·         Responsible to coordinate with planning & materials management department for production.                                   
 Planning according to the sales forecast and timely delivery of new product launches.                                            
To control and reduce WIP.
·         Ensure coordination of OSD team with QA, MM & Engineering departments. 
·         Prepare capital expenditure budget.
·         Ensure continuous improvement and ensure safety of personnel as per OSHAS policy  of the company.
 Skill:
 ·         Team Player and have the ability to work with the  cross functional teams.    
·         Can work under limited supervision with the ability to manage and lead the teams.
·         Proactive approach in problem solving and devise creative solutions.  
 Qualification:
B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc(Chemistry)/BE(Mech/Industrial & Manufacturing) with pharmaceutical production exposure.
 Gender: Male
Experience:
5-6 years of working experience preferably in MNC/Well reputed pharmaceutical company with a minimum of 3 years in the similar role.
 Compensation:  120k-125k+ benefits as company policy.
