Production Planner – Karachi

A leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires Production Planner(Asst Manager Production Planning). 

The incumbent should be responsible for:

  • Assess the plant capacity work-center wise based on marketing requirement and stock availability and give recommendation for overtime or appointment of temporary staff.
  • Prepare production and packaging schedules for factory and provide shop orders of all planned batches
  • Prepare daily report and monitor stock position of all sales, samples & imported products and ensure their availability in time.
  • Maintain and execute computer systems for Material Requirement Planning (MRP), capacity Requirement Planning (CRP), sales and distribution in consultation with IT department.
  • Prepare reports regarding sales & production efficiencies for references of senior mgmt. in the areas of strategic decision-making and perform other non-routine jobs assigned by the management.
  • Plan, implement & follow-up preventive maintenance schedule for all production related machinery of factory.
  • Provide comparison of Utilized Labor hours with Std. Labor hour of all work centers to finance for monthly costing.

Skills :

  • Well acquainted with MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and spoken in English
  • Good understanding of all Planning parameters

Qualification: MBA/B.Pham/BE(Mech)
Age : 30-35 Years
Experience : 3-5 years in the similar capacity in reputed Pharmaceutical Company.
