Leading chemicals manufacturing firm is looking for Production Supervisor for its manufacturing plant in Karachi.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure weekly production schedules
- Effectively manage and handle workers
- Comply by planned preventive maintenance plan
- Work as a Team Leader and guide the production staff during the various production activities.
- Provide training to all the operators
- Meet Quality, Safety, Health & Environment standards
This is a very “hands on” role with all the responsibilities that go with meeting production requirements and supplying the market with quality products.
Qualification & Experience
- At least a Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Must have experience in floor management
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Team player
