Available Positions

1. Project Manager

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Sciences (Economics/MBA preferred).

  • Experience & Skills: Minimum 5 years in development project implementation. Strong knowledge of child rights and protection issues, excellent communication and reporting skills, proven leadership ability, and capacity to collaborate with organizations and forums.

2. Program Officer – Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Sciences.

  • Experience & Skills: At least 3 years in monitoring & evaluation, familiarity with M&E tools (Log Frame), research experience, computer proficiency, and strong reporting skills.

3. Program Officer – Training

  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Sciences.

  • Experience & Skills: At least 3 years in training design, facilitation, and coordination. Must understand the full training cycle with excellent communication and report writing skills.

4. Lady Doctor

  • Qualification: MBBS from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • Experience & Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience as a physician in a recognized healthcare institution.

5. Database Assistant

  • Qualification: Intermediate/I.Com.

  • Experience & Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
