Quality assurance officers are required to determine and establish quality standards related to services offered by a company.

Job Responsibility

Review the settlements (recordings, email, faxes, agreements, counter offers) carefully.
Maintain records in system and report to senior on daily basis.
Other quality improvement related task for the improvement of operations department quality.
Requirement:

Fluency in English is must.

Computer literate (MS-Office Necessary)

Good Reporting Skills

Good writing and listening skill.
Exp: 1-2 Years (Preferable Collections Experience)
Qualification: Minimum graduation

Salary range: PKR 15,000-17,000+Pick & Drop+ Benefits

Shift: Night
