RECEPTIONIST (Female)
Female should be responsible for attending the visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
Major Responsibilities:
Ø answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Ø take and relay messages
Ø provide information to callers
Ø greet persons entering organization
Ø direct persons to correct destination
Ø deal with queries from the public and customers
Ø ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Ø general administrative and clerical support
Ø prepare letters and documents
Ø receive and sort mail and deliveries
Ø tidy and maintain the reception area
Qualification and Experience:
Minimum Graduate have an experience of 2-3 years in a large industrial group.
Knowledge/Skills & Competencies:
Ø knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Ø knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
Ø knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Ø verbal and written communication skills
Ø professional personal presentation
Ø customer service orientation
