Female Recruitment Manager for its Head Office based in Karachi.
Incumbent shall be responsible for recruitment for TCF offices and schools all over Pakistan.
Candidate will be required to Recommend, develop and implement innovative outreach strategies to manage attrition and retention of employees.
Extensive travelling will required for this position.
Qualification:Masters degree from a Top Tier institution with at least 3 years of recruitment experience.
