Recruitment Manager – Karachi

Recruitment manager required for IT firm in Karachi working for UK clients helping them finding roles and liaising with clients and help them throughout the recruitment process. 
50% will be hands on recruitment most of which is executive search across all areas of the business 
You will be helping our Clients based in UK finding roles. 
Experience, Competence, Skills & Knowledge Essential 
  • Previous experience in a recruitment environment is must. 
  • Work force planning experience 
  • Thorough knowledge of recruitment process and conducting interviews 
  • Have thorough knowledge of recruitment process and understanding of UK job boards and websites. 
  • Good commercial understanding of cost time resourcing 
  • Demonstrate great communication skills as you will be working in UK market thus great communication skills both written and verbal are prerequisites for the job. 
You will be working UK timings 1-10 PM Monday to Friday and Saturday if needed. 
Salary: 15K basic + 5K KPI’s + OTE commission per successful sign up. 
You will be making 50-100K per month.
