Job Overview:
A seasoned sales manager is sought to run the sales organization for
Karachi and for the entire South Region. The incumbent will have experience hiring,
motivating, training, managing a corporate sales team. The successful candidate must
have a track record of successful sales to the corporate sector in Karachi
 Responsibilities:
 – Setting quarterly regional sales targets
 – Assigning individual sales targets to team members to achieve regional targets
 – Monitoring, reporting and projecting sales numbers for his/her
 region on a regular basis
 – Hiring star sales people, training and helping ensure their success
 – Assisting with customizing sales pitches, proposals and strategies
 to increase market penetration
 – Making new sales and pipeline creation while ensuring previous
 renewals of previously won accounts
 – Managing both direct sales and telesales teams with different value
 propositions and sales cycles simultaneously
 
 Required Skills:
 – Strong leadership qualities, ability to build and motivate teams
