RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – CORPORATE SALES (Group Life)

Scope
Effective follow-up with agents and relationship / business development.

Key Responsibilities
. Follow-up with agents.
. Quote development and delivery.
. Servicing and relationship management with respect to clients.
. Ensuring high service levels are met /exceeded.
. Establish new relationship and business development.

Key Requirements
. Graduate, Masters’ will be preferred.
. 1 – 3 years’ sales experience preferably with an insurance company.
. Good understanding of sales strategy formulation and implementation
techniques, sales trend analysis and hands on experience of corporate
sales will be a plus.
. Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills with
computer literacy.
. Developing, managing and motivating people.
