  • To ensure the Contractor and sub-contractors perform the work to agreed scope of work, specifications and schedules all to an acceptable standard

    • The project includes construction of ring wall foundation for 22mter dia, 14meter high sweet water tank, jokey pumps, diesel day tanks foundations, pipe supports, over flow lines, concrete pavements

  1. The project includes construction of equipment foundations for 2no. Air compressors, emergency Air dryer, 2NO. Cooling water consoles, Air receiver, pipe supports, cable trays supports, Air compressor shelter with Monorails, underground concrete trenches for electrical and instrument cables, drainage works, MCC building, Concrete and asphalt paving, Grounding, electrical and instrument cable works,

 

 

  • Construction of LSFO Substation at Bapco Refinery in Bahrain(Project Value US $ 45MM) Feb 2014 to July 2016

 

 

The project includes construction of a Blast resistant Substation building and EDG building, transformer yard, with associated HV, LV Switchgear, MCC, Power Transformers, UPS’s, IRP, IPCS, HVAC, F&G detection system, installation of new power and control cables from Substation to the LSFO complex, installation of 2 NO. Feeder cables, installation of cable tray supports, concrete/Asphalt pavement works, cable trenches, road crossings, water proofing works, blast resistant doors, Blast Valve’s for HVAC,

  1. Compressor Station(CS-9) and Control Building EPC project for Banagas in Bahrain(Project Value US $ 42.4MM) Sep 2011 to June 2013

 

The project comprises of the following parts

 

  1. Compressor Station

The compressor station CS-9 included the site development of 12,500 Sq.m to an average height of 1.8m, construction activities include the underground drainage and sewer system, cable protection facilities(Pits, trenches, ducting, stubs ups and Risers) for Electrical and instrumentation works, foundations for process equipment, flare stack, structural steel platforms and pipe racks, pipe supports and stanchions, access ways, sub-station, transformer and RMU’s, fire proofing of the equipment and structural steel Using Fendolite MII by CAFCO, Operator and security building with internal and external finishes, Asphalt and concrete pavements, security Fencing works, plant lighting and Surveillance system, grounding works, and construction of Plant main approach Road. The project was commissioned in June/July 2013.

 

  1. CCR Building (Blast Resistant RCC building-EPC)

 

The Blast Resistant Central control room Building covers an area of 1000 Sq. m, comprising RCC structure which includes the following

 

  • RCC structure to sustain 69KPa blast pressure and 72KPa rebound
  • Electrical/mechanical work for HVAC system(66tons-Train Malaysia) with BMS control, including fire/normal dampers for HVAC system
  • H2S detection and shut down system for HVAC
  • Blast Valve for HVAC system
