Timely deposit of cheques/ cash received into the bank account of the Trust.
Maintain knowledge of locally purchased stores/ items.
Accurately and efficiently enter the receipt expenses of cash in respective registers/computer.
Maintain & update petty cash record all time following the SOPs to ensure foolproof system.
Maintain, verify and ensure correct utilization of daily running of vehicle/ambulances.
Also verify the pay roll, camp and overtimes expenses.
Make Bank receipts voucher, Bank &Cash Payment Vouchers.
