Such as (G+4 Housing, G+2 Main Dormitories, Restaurant, Musical, Sports Center, Theater, Main Mosque, Stadium, Educational, Administration, Stadium, Workshop Dormitory, Workshop Building, Clinic, Laundry Buildings, Watch Tower, Electrical Sub-Station, Infrastructure)
Contractor: AL-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co. (RTCC)- KSA
Responsibilities:
Supervision covering from 1st fix to 3rd fixes the following systems:
 Electrical systems (i.e.: LV & MV Cable, MV Transformers & switch gear, ATS, generators, motors, lighting, power, UPS, grounding & lightning protection networks)
 Low Current systems (i.e.: fire alarm, public address, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, intercom & MATV)
• Checking the drawings and collect the necessary data required for the project execution
• Checking the all Electrical Work as per Approved shop drawing and Approved Work Method Statement, Specification & MTR.
• Attend daily WIR, MIR
• Issuing the Site Instructions & NCR to Contractor if work done is not as per specification & Method statement.
• Review Material specifications, list of manufacturers, available suppliers and general specifications
• Directs and provide technical information to supervisors
• Perform the necessary inspections on the site in accordance to plans, specs, and quality requirement
• Perform the quality assurance at site

Projects : G+1 Villas, G+3 Building & Labor Camp
Responsibilities:
• Prepare BOQ of Electrical & Plumbing.
• Prepare Shop drawing and Load Schedule.
• Supervising and inspecting the work progress at site.
• Execution of work according to approved shop drawing.
• Provide Electrical material at site at a time.
• Erection of electrical components of EDS e.g. cables, lights with their distribution boxes (DB, MDB, SMDB) according to DEWA regulations.
• Coordinate and follow up Project related matters, deliberate critical issues with consultant in order to facilitate smooth functioning of the project assigned.
• Lead the engineering team and scheduling them for work, assigning tasks and reviewing their performance.
• Familiar with DEWA rules and regulations
• To coordinate with project engineer about work progress
• Attend meetings with consultant Engineers and owners regarding work progress
• To rectify the site work as per drawing incorporated with consultant’s comments
• Managing the material at the site per site requirement
• Submitting Catalogues and samples to consultant for getting approval by following specifications
• Review and rectify the comments on drawing if received from consultants and Local Authorities.
• To make variations in drawings if any from Consultant Engineer or Owner.
• To calculate load schedule according to drawing.
• Submission of Shop drawings and other required documents for approval in DEWA as per online system.
• Selection of Cables, MCBS, MCCBs, Isolators ratings.
• Get NOCs (Electrical and water) from local Authorities.
• Submit Electrical Drawing to DEWA for Approval
• Apply for final inspection to get Electricity from DEWA.

Project: G+1 Villas
Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQ of Electrical & Plumbing
• Prepare Shop Drawing, Load Schedule & Single Line diagram.
• Supervising & monitoring the work progress at site and prepared daily & weekly progress.
• Lead the engineering team and scheduling them for work, assigning tasks and reviewing their performance.
• Execute Electrical work according to the approved Shop drawing.
• Attend weekly meeting with Consultant and Clients.
• Well familiar with DEWA Rules & Regulations.
• Get NOCs (Electrical & Water) from Local Authorities, Submit Shop drawing & other related documents online to DEWA for Shop drawing approval.
• Apply for final inspection request to DEWA to get electricity.

Project : G+1 Villas & G+2 Labor Camp at Jebel Ali
Responsibilities:

• Prepare Shop drawing and Load Schedule.
• Daily Supervising and inspecting the work progress at site and reports to Project Engineer.
• Execution of work LV & LC system according to approved shop drawing.
• Provide Electrical material at site at a time.
