Manage HSE at Site
Liasion with process and technical team in daily activities by supporting them in HSE related issues.
Risk Assessment, JSA and PHA study,
Implement HSE guidelines of Sharif Group and ensure all SOPs are followed,
Prepared and implemented Work permit system,
Ensure Bio Safety, Electricity Safety, Mechanical Safety, Chemical Safety, Hot works, Confined Space, Work at height and also implement PPEs,
Report Group Manager HSE by providing data related to HSE incidents (Near Miss, LTI, MTC, RWC & FAC), non-conformances and daily inspection reports,
Prepare HSE budget and submit to Group Manager HSE,

To Identify implements and maintains appropriate training facilities, materials, and resources to support HSE training need.

Maintain and produce health, safety and environmental statistics and records.
Oversee the HSE team to consistently administer all aspects of accident prevention, Fire protection and other safety policies.
Ensuring Risk Assessment / Job Hazard Analysis is done in advance of commencement of activities and ensuring all preventive / control measures are in place.
Ensuring all safety precautions are completed and checked prior to a work activity commencement.
Ensuring availability, usage and trainings about PPEs at site.
Administer HSE trainings, First Aid, CPR and Fire Safety trainings, lectures and campaigns on site.
Industrial hygiene surveys.

Ensure that all accidents and incidents are properly reported,
Weekly inspection of all the fire extinguisher and kept in the secure position and also maintain a record for their service and expiry date,
Participate in safety promotions, campaigns, seminars and courses when required,
Conduction of daily toolbox talk,

Inspection of workplace and report to safety officer.
