I am Masters in Women’s Studies from University of Karachi, Karachi and development sector professional with 3 years’ work experience. During my professional period, I worked as a Focal Person, Intern, & Field Coordinator. However, my expertise comprises of communication & coordination, community mobilization, and Capacity Building in different Sectors of Karachi Sindh. During my master’s courses and research, I studied different courses focusing on Violence against Women, Women & Work, Psychology of Women, Status of Women in different religion, Women & Media, Women & Law apart from the conventional study paradigms.

Given my educational background in social sciences and issues mentioned above, I am keenly interested to join and work with development sector in the larger context and framework of sustainable development with special focus on and interest in health, education, vocational training, socio-economic empowerment of the youth and unprivileged and environmental protection as the issues of global security.

I feel honored to work with development sector and develop my professional learning and knowledge. I am eager to pursue and develop my professional career in development sector in the domain of social mobilization, coordination and communication. The HR Personnel plays a crucial role in the execution of the HR Strategy and HR objectives partnering with the line managers in support of strategic business objectives.

· The HR Personnel advises and delivers support in areas of performance management, training, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and grievance handling.

· HR Personnel works collaboratively with Manager HR and Shared Services to deliver the administrative requirement such as employee records, data for personnel files as well as providing creative solutions to everyday problems of staff.

· He/She will contribute to the development of HR solutions, including headcount planning, performance management, and follow up, succession planning, leadership development.

· To deliver HR services in the standard HR process with a strong focus on employee relations

· Act as a single point of contact and intermediary for employees and management in assigned Program and District.

· Analyze a broad range of HR data to identify valid insights, and convert these insights into recommendations that management can use to make decisions.

· Provide managers and supervisors with an HR perspective on business decisions by leveraging strong knowledge of all HR functions.

· Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on employees, and manage change to minimize disruption to the business.

· Collaborate with managers to design organizational structures, define job roles, and search and retain talent according to the Organizational needs.

· Maintain a current knowledge of local legislation and participate in developing appropriate policies and procedures.

· Track HR measures and metrics that aid decision making and track progress towards goal achievement

· Participate in the development of the annual HR strategic plan and budget and suggest improvements when needed.
