My extensive and well-rounded HR experience includes recruitment & selection (including headhunting, Executive recruitment, aptitude testing and the design of appropriate selection methods), management of employee relations activity (disciplinary and grievance), learning and development activity including the design & delivery of performance management/Appraisal systems, redundancy and redeployment, design of HR policies, procedures and systems and the provision of HR advice and guidance.
