• Maintain process control in Unit quality and production process.
• Develop sufficient format for works stations.
• Monthly generate all quality stations analyses reports.
• Conduct curative action meeting on monthly basics and action accounting to decide by management.
• Implement all points acceding to Quality management system.
• Train quality and production team (checker to Incharge) as needed.

• Deliver apparel quality related trainings (theory and practical sessions) to target youth in the institutes, quality checkers, and quality supervisors / in charges in the partner factories.
• Assist the UNDP (YEP) s’ technical team in consulting guidelines in the area of “Quality Management” to improve the process/product quality of the partner organization by apply Lean, Six Sigma and Total Quality Management tools/techniques.
• To perform Pre-training & post-training assessment of trainees and report the findings to UNDP (YEP) s’ technical team and partner organization.
• Assist Training Quality Assurance Officer and Training Associates in preparing and disseminating training progress reports, delivering presentations and documenting best practices, lessons learned and success stories;
• Perform any other duties as required.

• Responsible to All quality problems which is in process cut to pack.
• Assure the quality of goods as per buyer’s requirements.
• Generate the monthly Quality analyses and inform to Director.
• Implementation of TLS system in Stitching and Finishing Unit.

i am doing lean six sigma black belt from PIQC. it is six months project base course.
