Work Experience and Experties

My work experience of 27 (23 years in Pakistan Army as trained & skilled Army Officer and 4 years as Head of Security Department in Bestway Cement Hattar) has been in Combat. Security, Human resource management  and Administration

 

Human Resource Management

• As HOD Security Deptt Bestway Cement Ltd in Acting capacity also performed as Manager Admin / HR (2013 to 2015)
• As Company Commander in my unit (1995 to 2010)  trained , motivated, planned arranged and supervised administration of troops, imparted nec education to my under command troops.

 

• As 2IC of various Artillery units (2000 to 2012) plan and maintained Unit Accounts.

 

Administration  

• As GSO-2 Security at Heavy Industries Taxila (2009 to 2012) arranged meetings/ functions, carried out procurements, kept liaison both with higher/lower HQs, ensured discipline, maintained corres, ensured security of HQ premises, initiated improvement plan, updated Standard Operating Procedures.

 

• As MTO HQ Panjgur Rifles maintained Mechanical Transport in a befitting manner.

 

Security

• As HOD Security Department Bestway Cement Hattar (2012 to 2016) handled all security matters of Bestway Cement Hattar

 

• As Staff Officer HQ Panjgur Rifles / Adjt 71 Wing Sachal Rangers (2005 to 2009) handled sensitive matters of counter terrorism including internal and external security issues and Law and Order in Baluchistan and Sind.
• As GSO-2 (security) (2009 to 2011) Trained and equipped Special task force (Quick Reaction Force), Provided escort to VIP movements, arranged security of important installations and high official meetings/functions.

 

• As Wing Commander Panjgur Rifles in (2005 to 2009) under adverse and inhospitable environments, at Mashkel (Balochistan) established writ of the government  in the area by constructing border posts to curb the cross border movement/ smuggling. Seized Norco at Pak – Iran border.
