My Last Employer was National Logistic Cell; it was a Construction and Logistic Company. I was appointed as Finance Manager but keeping in view my previous track the top management assigned me additional duty of Supply Chain also. NLC was awarded CPEC Road that leads from Gawadar to China, in which a portion of 55 Km road was awarded to NLC costing of Rs 1425.59 Billion Rupees managing 5.0 Million Petty cash on monthly basis.

 

Keeping in view the sensitivity of the project “Pre Audit” was brought into practice and internal Audit were done on monthly or giving a gap of two months.

 

Peace and Development Foundation- NGOs

I worked for Peace and Development Foundation for 4months in which I helped the management to bring integrated system in Supply Chain and I streamlined different projects that helped management competing the projects in time.

 

International Rescue Committee & - INGOs

The entire Direct and Indirect Procurement, huge fleet and logistics were totally managed by the undersigned and I introduce the effective control mechanism both for Procurement, logistics and Fleet Management,

 

Member of CET “Country Emergency Team”

On my best performance I was selected for CET “Country Emergency Team” in International Rescue Committee,

I was given job rotation on Procurement, Logistics, Fleet Management, and Warehousing; finally I was awarded with the Supply Chain designation which was really a great honor for me.

Role and Responsibilities

A-Income and Expenditure Reporting & Monitoring
 Provide an accurate and timely month end different progress report to top management and to Client or Donor.
 To ensure accurate coding of income and expenditure in the monthly management accounts and provide recoding instructions to Finance as needed to process adjustments.
 Working closely with budget manager and Auditors for ongoing project activities.
 Monitoring and ensuring likelihood of missing income and expenditure targets and to insure major issues are escalated.

B-Budgeting and Planning
 Support the Admin and Procurement Manager to develop annual budgets and to complete all target sets within the agreed organizational timetable and in accordance with procedures.
 Designing and Implementing Appropriate financial controls and budget management mechanisms,
 Tools for tracking and analyzing spending across multiple grants
 Forecasting of income and expenditure twice a year, including additional funding requests through proper SOP.
 To identify risks that may have impact on the budget outcome
 Annual Budget and Cash forecasting to be done on regular basis effectively.

C- General Support
 To provide overall general support to Engineering department, Procurement department, Accounts, Earth mapping,
Geologist and Material department, and to Clint National Highway Authority time to time on budget and financial issues
 Support Fleet Management department designing Fuel Contracts and hiring of rental trucks and road equipments on yearly basis.
 To work as Financial Advisor for Deputy Director/Project Manager “Serving Colonel” of Army
 To chair Grant Opening Meeting and End Grant operational meetings.
