Prepare maintenance plans, progress reports & lessons learned at each project phase/cycle
Planning & monitoring of activities within time, cost & quality constraints.
Prepare BOQ, estimating Man-hours, Material indenting & Bill verification.
Implementation of ISO 9001:2008, Work permit systems and HSE SOPs for the Electrical Maintenance Department
Effective utilization of resources & Man-power management.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Installation & testing of 400V LV Motor control center including Intelligent MCC (Simocode Pro V Siemens), Siemens 3RW44 Soft starter, Variable Speed Drive, direct online starter.
Testing of LV and MV Motor (ABB & Siemens)
Insulation Resistance test of motor and cable (Megger),
Winding Resistance of motors (DLRO)
Polarization Index test, Surge capacitor & Surge Arrester test
Maintenance and Functional Testing of 15MVA,11/6.6KV & 2MVA 11/440V Transformers
Good knowledge of technical drawings and documents
Testing of CT and PT, loop testing of switchgear, Testing of 11/6.6 KV switchgear having feeder protection P143 & P142 and motor protection P242, P243 relays, functional test of relays by secondary Current injection
Work on RMU (Ring main unit) Power Distribution System.
Testing of Cables & Knowledge of Cable Handling, Termination ,laying and splicing
Maintenance of 6.6KV Switchgear( Circuit Breaker )
Maintenance of Material Handling System and Stacker/ Re claimer
