• Design, fabrication and optimization of louvers, ACP cladding, façade, Glass bonding, special projects including complex designs and machining/assembly of thousands of parts per panel.
• Complete real time track of budgeting and estimation, efficiently finishing the project within the deadline with huge margin of profit to company.
• Helping the design team to provide complete flawless designs and optimizations to sub-contractors.
• Strict eye on the expected and actual scheduling, manpower, efficient use of the best machines for a required job.
• Communicating and negotiating with client/sub-contractors, ensuring profitable solutions for the different problems.
• Daily/weekly meetings (internal and external) with head of departments and clients to ensure the projects are on right track.
