• Condition monitoring of equipments, analyzing results, and implementation of the preventive measures to avoid breakdown.
• Perform root cause analyses for frequently occurring breakdowns, and managing these breakdown through the implementation of new projects. In order to increase (OEE/OPE)
• Meeting KPI Targets and increase efficiency through waste reduction in utilities.
• Arrange and provide safety training for safety protocols.
• Coordinate with the contractors working at site to ensure safe working.
• Assuring PTW effectiveness.

• Fixing of technical errors of plant equipment.
• Training of down line team to deal with similar situation.
• Coordination with the field team to comply with the PM Plan.
• Yearly calibration of instruments.
