Key Responsibilities includes: Processing Clearing/Forwarding invoices and verifying calculation working with the accounting system (Oracle ERP), Bank Reconciliation of major banks of the group, Reconcile inter unit Current Accounts of the Company, Recording of complete Export Sales and reporting key figures to senior management, Monthly Export Debtor Reconciliation with GL (AR Outstanding), Reconciliation of Outstanding Rebate against export sales, Managing General and Life Insurance and preparing endorsement and payments, Processing of HRIS payroll, fuel and conveyance allowances, Processing of period end, month end and year end Accrual JVs, Managing/Recording Sales/Purchase of Portfolio Shares investment of group and perform other ad hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities includes: Assist in Academic and Research area to Senior Professor, Facilitating the discussion sessions, Counseling Students, Assisting in teaching resources, Coordinating Seminars and Short Courses.
