• Fertilizer Sector: Worked in Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited Karachi as a Mechanical Technician           (Machinery Maintenance Unit. Nov 2013 to May 2015)

Two years Apprenticeship in Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited as a Mechanical Technician. (Machinery Maintenance Unit. Jun 2010 to Jun 2012)

• Power Sector: Worked in Hubco Power Plant Karachi as a Millwright.          ( July 2009 to Jun 2010 and Aug 2012 to Oct 2013)

GAS TURBINE:

• Hot Gas Path Inspection.

STEAM TURBINES:

• Major overhauling of steam turbine.
• Maintenance of pump driver Steam turbine.

• Carbon Ring packing seals installation.

POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT COMPRESSORS:

• Having maintenance experience of PD compressors Like Reciprocating, Screw and Lobe type.I am fully aware about the functions of all components of the PD Compressors, so I can troubleshoot the common problems. I have experience of Valves replacement and Compressors Seals replacement like Carbon Ring packing seals, Gland packing seals and Mechanical seals also.

CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSORS:

• I was involved in assembling, disassembling and overhauling activity of centrifugal compressor (BCL, MCL).I maintained the Inter-stage seals, Oil floating seals, rotor centering and modified coupling installation. I am fully aware about the functions of all components of the centrifugal compressor so I can troubleshoot the common problems.

PUMPS:

• I have maintenance experience of Centrifugal Pumps (Single stage & Multi stage) and PD pumps like Plunger, Gear, Screw and Sliding vane pumps. I have enough knowledge of troubleshooting regarding pumps. Having maintenance experience of boiler feed water pumps as well.

COOLING TOWER:

• Having seasonal maintenance experience of cooling tower machinery.During this job I replaced the gear boxes, maintained the blades angle, track and tip clearances.

GEAR BOXES & Fans

• I performed the maintenance of all kinds of Gear Boxes (Increaser & Reducer) and I done the Gears replacement activity also.
• Having maintenance experience of Fans & Blowers and I done the maintenance of ID Fans & FD Fans.

VALES & HEAT EXCHANGERS

• I have maintenance experience most of the Valves like Gate,Globe,Plug,Butterfly,Ball,Check valves
• I performed the maintenance of Exchanger like Heaters, Coolers and Condenser .

• Bearings removal and installation (both plain and antifriction).
• Having good usage of Precision measuring tools like Micrometers, Bore Gauge and Vanier Caliper.

• Having a good command on Micro Soft Office.
