1. Project Planning, Executing and Monitoring primarily related to the Construction and Development of Bulk Oil Storage Facilities (Oil Depots, Installations and Oil Terminals) and associated Pipelines (Internal and Cross Country).

2. Supervision of all the Project related Task Activities (Mechanical, Civil, and Equipment Installation) in compliance with HSE while ensuring Quality Standards.

3. Mechanical Task Activities include Erection and Fabrication of Product Storage Tanks (Vertical and Horizontal), Fire Water Tanks, Gantry, Pump Houses and Pipeline (Internal and Cross Country).

4. Civil Task Activities include Facility Layout and Marking, Surveying and Leveling, Civil Construction of Tank Foundations, Gantry Foundations, Pump Houses, Oily Water Separators, Pipeline Supports and all the Facility Buildings (Administration Block, Control Room, Electrical Sub-Station etc)

5. Other Task Activities include Installation of all the required supporting Equipment (Pumps, Valves, Loading Arms, Instrumental Equipment, Electrical Panels and Generator etc)

6. Review, Rectify and following Engineering Drawings along with Specifications as per Engineering Standards.

7. Verifying Quantity of Bills as per the Actual Work Done and process bills accordingly.

8. Dealing with Vendors, Contractors and Sub-Contractors in close co-ordination with Consultant and Head Office.
