Duties & Responsibilities:
Processes all petty cash transactions within the organization’s policies and procedures, including vouchers related to various expenses, payments & bank transfers.
Analyze numerous bank accounts by reconciling the cash balances to the bank balances on monthly basis in order to detect irregularities in banking activities.
Prepare payroll and general voucher of salaries and other documentary requirements for disbursements i.e. TA/DA & overtime.
