RESPONSIBILITIES

o Coordinated with Contactors, architects & design team to achieve project deliverables.
o Consulted with clients to determine project scopes of work, including the space planning, layout, utilization & color schemes.
o Provide the technical Support to ensure that client expectations are met.
o Preparing of Bills of sub-contractors.
o Ensuring delivery of Project in budget.
o Ensuring technical corrective measures during execution as per Standards.
o Timely Procurement of Approved Construction Material.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Perform and provide supervision to all contractual matters, tendering, and procurement procedures.
o Liase with client, consultant, sub-contractors, on contractual matters including payment claims, change orders, variations, etc.
o Preparing and maintaining records of all variations in the BOQ.
o Preparing monthly IPC’s for various projects including preparation of bar bending schedules.
o Preparing and maintaining records for sub-contractors billing on monthly basis.
o Comparing and preparing reconciliation reports of projects bills on demand.
o Assist in producing plans and estimating budgets and time scales.

PROJECTS:

o Construction of Generation School Shershah Campus.
o Construction of Labor Changing Rooms and office interior finishing of Honda Atlas.
o Office interior finishing of Aman Foundation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Carrying routine works in line with the approved execution drawings.
o Interpret complex engineering design documents, specifications, and drawings.
o Directing the Foreman of day-to-day site works.
o Responsible for Material indents, checking Labor output and quality of works etc.
o Giving feed backs to office for monthly valuations of completed works.
o Attending meetings and competently communicate with the construction personnel.
o Preparing bar bending schedules and steel saving schemes.
o Verifying the Monthly Bills and claims of sub-contractors.

A Diploma Associate Engineer is an individual who has completed a diploma program in engineering and holds the title of Associate Engineer.
