Management Trainee - Corporate Finance
• Project Financing Team Member for for debt and equity arrangements worth of $600 million for 350MW Super-critical Coal-Fired Power Plant to be setup at Port Qasim in Karachi.
• Vet the Financial Model shared with lead financier to ensure the model is in full compliance with Approved Upfront Tariff, PPA, Power Policy and agreements with stakeholders.
• In-depth analysis of tariff components CPP, EPP, EPC Cost breakups, efficiency sharing mechanism, financial charges and all along with the Power Policy of Pakistan (2002 and 2015 amended).
• Keep check on USD/PKR alongside with events which affects foreign currency outflows, forecasting USD/PKR trend based on the subsequent prospective events and current inflation direction.
