With due veneration, I wish to apply for the demanded post and look forward for your magnanimous

It would be a great matter of pride for me to be working for this organization, the working ethos of which have
imparted not only resilience in me but also the zest to serve with the best of the abilities, I have.
My recent experience (till June 2020) was with Pakistan Center of Philanthropy (PCP) where I was the Junior Programme Officer (JPO) and before that I was working with LFA (Local Fund Agents), a project of UNOPS (United Nations Office of Project Services) as a team

reviews/verification of the expenditures of principle recipients for the periodic disbursements and update requests,
sub recipient assessments, on the spot financial verifications, travel arrangements and petty cash management and
replenishment. Serving with UNOPS has provided me multi fold fast track financial experience where I also assisted in
the review of audited financial reports, etc. I also participated in Programme activities like on site data verification
(OSDV) for verifying and cross checking of data and resources in the district warehouses, and provided ample findings
and recommendations for the procurement department related to co-mingling of resources, medicines in their report.
UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization) appointed me as the "Finance Assistant" for their core
office in Pakistan and was responsible for verifying all UNIDO transactions and imprest account reporting to HQ along
with funds management upon the approval from their Representative.
Prior to this, UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) hired me in the position of “Project Secretary” to work
as part of the project implementation unit (IPU) in Wind Energy Project (WEP) commonly known as “Sustainable
Development of wind power projects” in Pakistan.
Moreover, during the course of my studies (Masters in Business Administration – Finance, 2007-2009), I also availed
the opportunity to work as an intern in this prestigious organization, with the prime emphasis on budgetary
expenditures and accurate assessments for forthcoming fiscal periods.
It is my eagerness to work for such development projects that shows my will to do more for improving the climatic
and industrial influences on humanity and their future.
You will find in me a team player who deems it incumbent upon herself to carry everyone along and care for their
views and opinions, needless to say that this is a ubiquitous requirement today and so I am confident I can serve with
the best of my abilities. My CV is enclosed for your kind reference.
In the light of my skills put to test, I hope I can be a dynamic and prolific asset to your vibrant organization. I shall be
highly obliged by your kind gesture.

Sincere Regards,
RABIA MAZHAR
