Job Responsibilities:
- Working as a Data Processing Officer / Asst.Manager for the three branches in Karachi on different project Ultra (UPL).
- Providing the support as an assistant in administration operation and sales operation related matter.
- Preparing the daily sales compilation, route wise booking and stock return from the van through & ULTRA & WINS on daily basis efficiently.
- Given the support to UPL depot for M&P to all the systems, printers, HHT’s and other IT equipments including LAN, Networking, and Modem are working properly and smoothly.
- Strong Liaison with Head Office, Principal Official, and IT department in complex queries in order to solve the IT related problems.
- Executing “Day end process” process, taking backup of the data on daily basis etc and instructed this activity to do the same on other locations.
