• Use of Material requirements planning (MRP)
• Responsible for process to be uniform at all stages.
• Reviewing production schedules, estimating future requirements.
• Achievement of production targets within stipulated time period.
• Calculating the product cost and utilizing all available sources to minimize it.
• Problem solving & decision making related to manufacturing process.
• Developing key strategies to efficiently utilize raw material and control the material wastage through continuous monitoring the manufacturing process.
• Accomplishment of quality benchmarks in production & ensuring implementation of ISO Standards during production.
• Implementation of specified ISO standards operating procedures of the organization to ensure a healthy & safe working environment.
• Supervise & provides technical support to production team to ensure that production will economical, reliable and according to ISO 4427 DIN 8074 & 8075
• Planning & analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
• Record keeping of daily / monthly production, quality reports through collecting, analyzing, and summarizing of information.
• Co-ordination & safety of workers, engaged in production, maintenance, lifting, transportation and storing of materials and finish products.
• Having complete knowledge of (HDPE Pipe), (MDPE Pipe), manufacturing process and there complete fittings.
