Production Manager
A competent professional with over 28 years of qualitative experience in the areas of Production Management, Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Team Management. Presently associated with BFG International. Bahrain as a Production Manager FRP / GRP Infrastructure / Architectural / Railways Projects and a strategic planner with expertise in managing production activities, streamlining processes / procedures to facilitate smooth production process & enhance productivity.
The fabrication techniques to which I am exposed to and gained considerable experience and confidences are the Hand lay-up, vacuum bag molding, RTM, Light RTM. Worked with Epoxy resin, FR resin, Phenolic resin and Tooling resins etc. Possess excellent strategic thinking, analytical, troubleshooting, and inter-personal, relationship building and team building skills with proven ability in establishing Leadership System, Quality Systems / Procedures and Planning / managing resources.
