  • Strong Analytical and Customer Handling skills

Areas of Responsibility:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly and  yearly Sales Targets given by the HO

Develop teams and allocate sales Targets

Strictly follow and implement company Sales policy

Prepare agenda, conduct  weekly, and monthly sales meeting

Visit top 10 Architect Monthly

Explore and Developed new potential markets

Prepare and conduct Sales recognition awards (Distributed on monthly/Quarterly/Yearly/basis)

Prepare monthly sales incentive

Sales Training – Team Building/Role play / Tile size calculation / followup / Product knowledge/Technical info

Monthly / Quarterly Sales appraisal

Control on discounts. Implementation of Fixed Price Policy

Monitor Customer  Estimates / Sales Pipeline /Floor activity

Control on stock holdings

Propose quarterly Sales Promotion activities

Regularly update Architects mailing list

Regularly update and identify permanent customers for mailing list

SERVICES:

Ensure complete customer satisfaction

Daily track of deliveries, Co-ordinate with Logistics for efficient and timely deliveries

Ensure notification of all complaints (either received verbally, through email or through help line) in Complain Register

Handling  and Rectification of all customer complaints and ensure satisfaction

Arrangement of local spare parts
