Minimum Requirement : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering. Minimum 6+ years working in IT with 3+ years experience in Designing and implementing custom made solutions. and Maximum 9 years. Role : Assignments will be one or more of the following activities in SDLC of TELECOM Applications (Rating, Customer care, Billing etc): Requirements gathering, System Analysis, Systems Design, Testing. Object Oriented Analysis and Design experience is essential. Experience with complex, large, multi-platform solutions is a strong plus. Strong conceptual design skills are a must, should have strong SDLC knowledge using UML/RUP. Ability to gather and document business, functional & technical requirements across the SDLC. Required experience in proof-of-concept, preplanning, gap analysis, system testing, and business process improvement. Working experience in SUN platforms, Oracle RDBMS and good PL/SQL skills. Experience in C + +, STL (Standard Template Libraries), C, OCCI, Pro*C, Java, UNIX Shell Scripting, ASN.1. Knowledge of telecom industry OSS/BSS, specifically NGOSS, eTOM etc and experience developing software solutions for telecom is essential. Knowledge of Telecom customer care and billing application domains is preferable.
