Position Responsibilities:
  • Propose the most appropriate solution according to the objective and put together a Project Plan for it.
  • Monitor the progress of the project and take appropriate actions to keep the project on track.
  • Recommend software, hardware and any third-party solutions or any relevant requirement, needed for the development.
  • On completion of a module/software, run test programs, to identify bugs and help coordinate the resolutions.
  • Integrate modules, and identify any future errors that might occur.
  • Put together regular status reports
  • Train and assist other developers.
Qualifications:
The candidate should at least possess 4 years Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with minimum 3-4 years hands on experience in software development using the following technologies:
  • Java/J2EE
  • Ajax/JavaScript
  • Struts
  • Hibernate
  • Spring
  • Tomcat/ JBoss/ WebSphere Application Server
  • MySql
