A renowned industrial group is seeking a Senior Chemical Engineer for its upcoming Plant, with is currently in erection phase. Head of Process Department will be ultimately responsible for the following areas:
• Planning of Plant’s Production Operations.
• Monitoring, Coordinating, Controlling and Running of Plant’s Production Operations.
• Working on improvements in Production Operations
• Maintaining the Quality of Products/Internal Services and ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards.
• Ensuring safe working environment and compliance with Plant’s HSE/ISO standards. (Including Housekeeping)
• Managing of raw materials, packaging materials, equipment and parts used for production, maintenance and projects.
• Managing of Human Resources (including training & development)
• Managing of Department’s Financial and Administrative Matters, including the Budgets.
The prospective candidates should meet the following criteria:
• Minimum qualification: B. E / B. Sc Engineering (Chemical), MSc. Applied Chemistry, BCET from KU or BE Polymer.
• Industrial Experience : 10-15 years minimum in Chemical Process Industry, with around 5 years as Head of Production/Process.
