1. Analyzing, planning and organizing the training needs to develop new training programs and /or to modify existing programs, and
2. Conducts a wide range of training activities that develops the skills in the employees, required for them to perform better in their respective jobs.
3. 50% of the job comprises of conducting In-House Learning session.
4. 3+ Experience of imparting and developing learning session in Financial (Preferably in Banking).
Over all 3-4 Years of experience required.
