PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
·         Law Graduate (Masters/Bar-at-law shall be preferred). With 8-10 years of relevant experience.
·         Preferred age 35 to 45
·         A seasoned professional having sound understanding of the Job Requirements.
·         Have practical knowledge and extensive experience of the legal system of Pakistan.
·         Extensive exposure with various regulatory authorities and Local Bodies etc.
·         Excellent legal research and opinion writing skills.
·         Highly developed analytical and strategy planning skills.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Drafting, vetting of various agreements (including services, procurement, distribution, leases financial facilities etc.).
·         Correspond and interact with government and local Bodies etc.
·         Due diligence of land/property documents and supervision of ancillary litigation.
·         Handle/control/supervise pending and threatened litigation at various forums relating to Regulatory authorities, General Litigation, taxation, consumer, tribunals etc.
·         Candidly weigh and assess risks of various courses of action to ensure compliance with legal mandates.
·         Relationship with external lawyers and appearance in the Court. Streamline/maintain database and records.
·         Provide support to tax department, handling tax matters and appearance before various forums.
