Salary: 160K to 320K — may vary
Essential Requirements:
— About 6 (or more) years of experience
— Recent experience in a prestigious multinational company (Telecom, FMCG, Oil and Gas, etc.)
— Recent experience in Finance, Business Planning, Budgeting, etc
— Chartered Accountant or MBA from prestigious university
Job Description
Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
– Receive the budget estimates from all the departments of the
organization and critically review them for correctness, accuracy and
completeness;
– Suggest suitable amendments in the budget to the relevant departments;
– Consolidate the data in budget models for budget presentation and
also provide an overview of the financial status of all the
operations;
– Submit budget reports to the parent company/ higher management of
the organization for further scrutiny and approval;
– Review Monthly and Quarterly Group Management Reporting;
– Review Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Internal Management Reporting;
– Review Month end estimation of Profit & Loss Account for Internal
Management prior to closing;
– Receive estimates from all departments regarding Business Plan and
critically analyse the estimates in light of long term strategy of the
Company;
– Rationalize Business Plan inputs and suggest suitable inputs;
– Review sensitivity analysis for Business Plans;
– Carry out regular analysis of the complete cost base of the Company
including COGS, OPEX and CAPEX ;
– Identify cost drivers and monitor the cost related KPIs;
– Evaluate cost optimization methods/initiatives and highlight to the
management on inefficiencies/problem areas;
– Manage relationships with company business units and key stakeholders; and
– Responsible for determining and working out the financial
feasibility & analysis of the different projects and ideas.
Essential Skills
The candidate should;
– Have strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills;
– Be familiar with tools, concepts & methodology of business analysis;
– Come up with out of the box solutions to fix issues;
- Have advanced level proficiency in operating MS Office;
– Have strong interpersonal skills;
- Have Sound co-ordination and follow up skills;
- Have an ability to meet deadlines under pressure working conditions
on continuing basis
