· Responsible for managing the marketing team who will provide full marketing mix support to the relevant brands within the marketing budget. This is to include the full range of media – Print, web, OOH, radio, DM, POS and TV and sales support collateral.
· The key accountabilities of this role will include:
o Developing and delivering the advertising and promotional functions of the brand including:
§ Press Advertising
§ Radio
§ DM
§ POS
§ OOH
§ Events (Motorshow, launches etc)
· Developing and delivering launch activities for the brand.
· Launch activities to be to consumers, media and internal sales personnel.
· Managing marketing budget, ensuring efficiency of spend.
· Managing marketing support.
· Recommends strategies to build the Brand while increasing retail traffic to the dealers.
· Working with Senior Management, develops and implements national, regional and local advertising plans and budgets
· Directs, coordinates and works with the Advertising Agency and Media buying group
· Recommends and manages all national promotions, events and sponsorships
· Plans, develops and oversees activities with media representatives and other public contacts in order to build the Brand awareness through third party publications
· Prepares content, line-up and pricing of all brands for Executive approval
· Recommends yearly sales objectives and sets the monthly sales targets for dealers for Executive
· Coordinates all training material for sales consultants at dealerships
· Responsible for product content on brochures.
· Creates the advertising offers and checking the accuracies of retail offers
