Designation: Senior Software Engineer
Skill Sets and Additional Experience
· 4 + years total professional experience with software development;
· 3 + year recent development with C#. NET, ASP. NET JavaScript
· 1 + year recent development with WCF, LINQ and ADO.NET Entity Framework
· Develop / maintain complex applications using .NET toolset (ASP. NET, C# , VB. NET)
· Development Platforms / IDEs, Microsoft Visual Studio.NET
· Knowledge of object oriented Programming
· Code applications based on business requirements, mainly using C# programming languages
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and also in a collaborative team environment
· Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet individual deadlines and team goals
· Excellent verbal and communication skills. (Working for U.S./U.K. based clients directly would be an advantage)
· Feasible to work in rotating and Modified shifts on requirement basis
· Strong documentation skills
Job Description/Responsibilities
· Source Code Version Control; Microsoft Visual Source Safe, Microsoft Team Foundation Server
· Experience with Microsoft Smart Client Framework desirable
· Design and develop programming systems making specific determinations about system performance.
· Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports
· Document code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables on procedural, modular and database level.
· Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming.
· Responsible for developing new programs and proofing the program to develop needed changes to assure production of a quality product.
· Experience with Microsoft networking Windows 2008 Servers, SQL Server 2008 R2, .NET frame work is preferred
